We dealt with Coldwell Banker Legacy in the fall of 2009 for a house purchase. We had to beg for information, for return phone calls, and were never given the full and complete information about the property we purchased. Instead, we were handed the information we had needed prior to making our decision on the day of closing, with unpleasant surprises.
