What a mess this place is. Brought my car in for a full-service oil change, which clearly states that it includes the oil change, inspection and tire rotation. These geniuses had my vehicle for three hours and when I go to pick it up, they said they didn't rotate the tires. Their brilliant manager -- William Lujan -- said they don't do tire rotations unless asked even though IT'S LISTED AS WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A FULL-SERVICE OIL CHANGE.
