They can't read orders they get from customers. I specifically ordered 22 BAGS of stainless oval tags and 22 BAGS of stainless rectangular tags, and instead, I get 22 PIECES of each. I paid almost 160 dollars! Honest mistake or not, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I've been ripped off. They've been in business for only 10 years, so it's not been "a lot of years" as the customer service representative claims.
