John Marsh failed to show up to start work on time two days in a row. He did not call to inform us he was going to be late. The first time over two hours late and no call and after 3 attempts to call him he finally answered and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Two hours later he showed up and worked for about 2 hours and never returned that day. If he cannot be trusted to show up on time or at least call, how can he be trusted to do a good job.
