Their first attempt to remove my kitchen drain clog resulted in a clog further downstream that resulted in a big mess in our house downstairs. Wallers apparently does not provide a guarantee for fixing drain clogs which doesn’t make sense to me. We were charged full price for a second visit (their labor rate is high to begin with). Waller Plumbing was contacted to braze 4 fittings and start up a recently installed AC unit, for a charge rate of $105/hour on 9/15/2010. The installer arrived at ~11:20 AM, and left at 11:45 as he was out of gas, unable to do any work. Although he was told to braze the fittings, he insisted he would solder them.
