I just wanted to tell you about what a horrible company Steamatic of NM is. They cleaned my carpets for me in May of 2008. During that cleaning, I received POOR customer service. The two gentlemen did a horrible job cleaning my carpets and wanted to get out the door so fast they didn't even bother to put the little foam inserts under my furniture.
