I depended on this company for honesty, professionalism. They have created new problems for me when I already had a disaster from my home being flooded. Their employee and the plumber they called took out my new water heater and damaged the unit. The owner of the franchise promised me he would replace the water heater and get the plumber to pay his half for a new water heater.
