Ed Gonzalez was a very professional and knowleable estimator on repair of my law sprinkley system. Recent installation of water softner reduced pressure to sprinklers. Most estimators wanted to completely dig up existing system and replace. Ed identified low water flow sprinkler heads that would cover entire lawn but also get rebates from city. Just Sprinklers was on-time and fixing our system took less than an hour. Ed Gonzalez was so helpful giving me a lesson on winterizing the system and showed me what we had done wrong last year to cause this problem. Happy New Customer, Called Just Sprinklers yesterday afternoon for help with a bad sprinkler valve. They asked me if tomorrow morning would be a good time for their technician to come out. I agreed and a half hour before the technician was to arrive he called me to let me know he was on his way and would meet me at my residence. I had a great experience with Just Sprinklers in Albuquerque. Getting an appointment was easy and they agreed to call me a half hour before the appointment so I did not have to take time away from work. Ed, the technician was on time, personable and left my yard in better shape than he found it. Service in Albuquerque can be suspect at times, but Just Sprinklers is about the most buttoned up service business I have seen in years. This is a good place to get sprinkler parts and design, but the customer service is horrid; staff in general do not know answers to questions and in general do not help customers. Last week when I was there, I purchased 25 feet of drip tubing, but when I got it home, it measured only 22 feet. And when I was paying for the purchase, the employee just looked at the computer screen for about 5 minutes trying to figure out what to do; when I asked if there was a problem, he FINALLY asked another... Had sprinkler service on 10/13/10 that required new control units in the back yard. I have experience in handy work and notice things that most people don't. Not only was the job done efficiently and on time, but things were done above and beyond the specific job. A bad sprinkler was replaced, and left over dirt was used to fix some landscaping in the other yard! Upon completion everything was put back in its place and cleaned up. I "hired" Just Sprinklers to revamp and add on sprinklers as well as put in a small lawn. Their work was and remains exemplar. The workers are professional as is the estimator who quoted the cost for the job. They guarantee their work and when bumps occurred they were right on it to make corrections. We arre very pleased with Just Sprinklers. They installed our sprinkler system just as it was quoted and then trained us on usage. Workers were professional and they cleaned up after. I called to ask if it was possible that I could get an estimate on lawn sprinklers for my backyard. I spoke to a nice lady who set me up with an appointment for the following Wednesday afternoon and said it would be in the afternoon.
