Thanks to Martin and Sam for coming to Taylor Ranch and doing great work on my carpets today. They were even able to remove some mess from a contractor whose assistant left wax from the new toilet wax ring on my hall carpeting. I've lived with it for two years. These guys are the best HANDS DOWN. I called to confirm the price and make certain it wasn't a bait and switch, as the prices are great. Scheduled an appointment and two guys showed up, on time, to clean the areas needing cleaning. They were professional, offered to do more than was needed. I just have to say thank you to the technicians that arrived at my home last week. they were very professional, moved most my furniture, explained the entire process to me, and did a fantastic job on my carpet and tile. Had two guys, Scott and Yvar come out yesterday 3/10/12 to do carpets for my rental. This is the second time they have done work for me. Just as the first time, these guys did a great job for my rental. They were very meticulous and gave extra attention to details. The tag team duo, looked out for the best interest for the customer and would often rework areas that they deemed didn't meet their level of perfection. Frank and Martin did a great job for me on June 15, 2012. Half of the house was done beautifully until the equipment went down and was out of commission. I called the owner to set up a rework which they accommodated me well and Juan and Jordan came and did a great job on the other half of the house. Excellent job. Scott took his time and answered all questions I had. The dog stains made by the dog at times bringing in mud and dirt (the reason I contracted Thoroclean) were removed with ease. I started using Thoroclean about a year and a half ago. Since they first cleaned my carpets I have only used them for my carpet cleaning. They always can accommodate me in a timely manner, and in cases of emergency clean ups they have squeezed me in. The staff is friendly and courteous. When they leave my carpet is sparkling clean! I am thrilled with the service from Juan and Frank at Thoroclean. I use them each year. They came two weeks ago for carpeting, and were back again today for upholstery and tile cleaning. I have been a customer for 4 years now. The guys that have cleaned my carpets do a fantastic job, are extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and "thorough". I have 2 labs that are constantly getting into things (particularly mud, maple syrup, ink, honey mustard, barbecue...the list goes on).
