It's about 4 months that I am in contact/business with Virtual Pictures and I have to say that in 25 years of work I rarely found such a qualified company. I am impressed not only by their product but by their support. This is a real WOW company. I was going to spend about $5,000 to $7,000 on a complete turnkey virtual tour business. I was even willing to spend up to $25,000 if there were a franchise with a protected territory. I took more than two months doing research on who to sign up with. I usually don't write reviews on companies and my experience with them, but I also usually don't receive such outstanding customer service and have such amazing experiences with other companies. We have been working with Bart Wilson and Voyager 360 for the last several months. We love the company and the support has been wonderful. Bart Wilson is a very sharp and personable young man and we've had a great time learning our tour equipment and stumbling through processes we likely should have known more about. We recently signed up for the Voyager 360 program and what a wonderful experience!!! Bart Wilson is a very patient and knowledgeable instructor. The equipment and web based program are so easy to use we have been able to put together several very good tours. We just finished a two day workshop in Santa Fe with Voyager and I have to rant about how GREAT their training was. We shoot event photography for concerts. Eric Clapton, Fall Out Boy, Journey, and and others. Our company needed to know how to take good, clear photos and how to produce the high Definition (HD) VPiX 360 tours. Voyager has been around a long time. I have seen a lot of other 360 virtual tour equipment companies come and go. Voyager, year after year seems to innovate and reinvent themselves to stay current with today's 360 tour technology and their customer service and training is by far, the BEST there is on this planet. Bart Wilson at Voyager International has gone above and beyond what most people and companies will do for others. A company I was working for went out of business and left a LOT of agents and photographers in bad shape. Voyager International stepped in and helped out. They didn't have to but they did. We have worked with Voyager360.com, aka Voyager International since 2005. Originally, we used one of their local photographers to do the virtual tours for our staging business. The tours became such a huge profit center for us that we invested in the equipment and now shoot all of our own. Voyager is wonderful to work with. The tour quality is perfect. In my opinion, Voyager International is the best company on the web! I have been a customer for 5 or 6 years. I use them as a hosting service for my Virtual Tours. On the high end, I do maybe 30 a month; on the low end, I do 5 or 6 a month. During the time I've been a customer with them, my business has changed in many ways.
