This vet was okay. They were helpful at first. Yet, after having a family emergency come up I was unable to make 2 appointments and had to reschedule them. One the last time I tired to get in the same day because my puppy needed to get his shots. I was then put on hold for a long period of time and was then told that I would have to prepay for my dog's shot before they would see my puppy again.
