Had a water leak in front yard. Located it. Called TLC. They had to get the line folks out to identify the gas/electric/cable- which took about an hour. They then repaired/replaced the pipe pretty quickly (less than two hours). With tax they charged $1,600. Granted this was a Sunday- that seems like a poor value for the work done. Amazing service, Keanu was there within an hour, quickly and accurately diagnosed my issue and set me up to have it fixed the next day. Recently I have worked with David for heater installation and Michael for electric issues on our old home which we are remodeling. I spent more time calling around and reading reviews than I did waiting to get my drain cleaned. It was a refreshing experience to have a service call go so well. The tech was polite, professional, conscientious and thorough. So nice to not drain my energies on just trying to get the minimal services I'm paying for. Recently had a water pipe re-routed. TLC had to cut into our drywall in the garage. There wasn't a whole lot of TLC taken into consideration when this was done. The thick white dust and left over pieces of drywall were everywhere. It took me hours to clean up after TLC. This boiler repair team came to my home at the time promised, with a great attitude, and an apparent desire to fix my boiler. My mom and I are single women and depend on the expert advise and service of trusted companies. We have used TLC for numerous services but will never use them again. Our AC unit was not serviced properly this summer and as a result we have had an extremely hot house. Our neighbor saw me trying to determine the cause of the unit not working properly and quickly assessed the problem - it was dirty. Not dirty from this season but caked on grime from last season. We have used the services of TLC Plumbing for 10 years and have been are currently extremely please with their professional behavior, their knowledge and recommendations, and prompt response to issues. They are clean, care about your home, and sentitive to the needs of homeowner. We had a new furnace placed 5 years ago and everything has worked great.
