I have found that the association management, property management and the real estate sales are very ethical and go out of their way to do things "right". It is too bad that only negative items get written about companies. This company lacks professionalism. In the last several months, I have been attending several homeowner association meetings in which a specific Ammre Manager has been present. Not only is the manager unprofessional, rude, but also thrives on bullying residents (women specifically). This company is very unethical and misuses association money. I concur with the other reviews completely. When we were trying to rent a house from them we applied for 2 other houses and then were told the homeowners decided to put properties up for sale. With time running out to rent a house we applied for the third house. They were upfront and honest about the fact that the previous tenants trashed the house. I wanted to rent a house from this company, so I put down a $500 hold for it while I got all of the other money I needed(for the down payment). When I wanted to move in, they gave me the contract to sign, and I couldn't do it bcause they just want to steal all of my money. Worst company ever! Avoid at all cost. They are a bunch of incompetent liars. They never get anything done and then lie about doing it. I rented a house from them in a horrible condition. Dealing with them is a very frustrating experience. There is no one reasonable to talk to. I ended up having to do all the work myself such as fixing toilets, painting walls, cleaning carpets and pruning trees. All right after I moved in. This is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. It takes weeks to get a phone call or email returned (if it's even acknowledged). Maintenance work takes an act of Congress. The walls weren't even touched up before we moved in and the property wasn't very clean. We had to purchase the paint to touch up the walls ourselves because they were so dirty. I wonder what the homeowner is actually paying for since no one seems to work around there. Read More »

AMMRE has a great group of knowledgeable helpful staff. All of my questions were answered and a sometimes stressful situation was easy to handle.
