More than once, they didn't pay the homeowners insurance (one time resulting in a cancellation), and once they didn't pay taxes on time. The switch from a coupon book to monthly statements resulted in statements due on the first, not received until the 27th. The entire new operation seems to be very poor. We got our home refinanced with Intercap Lending even after being turned away by other lenders. (we had a Freddy Mac Loan that allowed us to be over the usual loan-to-value, but because we also had a Home Equity Loan, other lenders immediately said they couldn't do our loan.) After being jerked around by another company, I was very favorably impressed with Suburban Mortgage's services and exceptional turnaround time provided by Intercap Lending dba Suburban Mortgage).
