I have recently bought some windows for my home with this company an I could not have had a better experience with them. I wish I would have read these other 2 reviews before I interacted with this company...it would probably have saved me some grief. I agree with both other postings; the owner of the company, Jim, is very hostile an uncooperative. I had this company do a free quote for replacement windows. I initially thought I would go with them and provided a credit card number for the down payment necessary for ordering the windows. The next day I called and cancelled the order. Be cautious when establishing a price for replacement windows. Advertised price and quoted price have absolutely no relationship to one another. Company president is very argumentative and was in the attack mode beginning with the first interaction. I DO NOT recommend this company. Read More »

Not happy with the contractors that this company uses - the last one seemed unable to even use a tape measure... Placed a complaint weeks ago and it has not been answered at all to my knowledge. Owner seems hostile and abusive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will give them one star for actually keeping the installation appointment, nothing for the quality of the work or the company's customer service which would achieve negative ratings if it were possible for me to give them...
