Based on the recommendation of a friend I booked a cruise with Pavlus on Azamara in 2015. All went pretty well and I was very satisfied with the customer service representative I had at the time though unfortunately she left Pavlus before my last booking. We met Rose Morrissey on a river cruise we took last year. I decided to use her as our primary travel agent and it was the best move I've ever made. Rose goes above and beyond her call of duty and she take care of you like your were her family. Will definitely use her again.. Read More »

I booked a trip with Pavlus on 5/28/10 and the agent promised me that when I returned from the trip, I would receive the $50 referral mailing to me because I referred another family members to join the trip. I returned from my trip on 8/19/10, wrote 2 e-mails to the agent and was told to wait. One month passed by, I wrote another e-mail to the company customer service and nobody from Pavlus has yet contacted me.
