Since Otero and Sons started work on removing and replacing the shingles on my roof, it has been nothing short of complete frustration. When the work start on 4/18 with the removal of the current work, the crew dented the garage door with the dump trailer they were using to haul off the debris. Next, instead of starting the work on Friday once the old shingles were off, the crew came and simply dropped the new shingles off and left.
