**Worst Bank I've ever used** for the past 4 years I've experienced issues with this company due to mistakes on their part such as: extra finance charges, invalid overdraft fees, and not closing my account as I requested. They definitely need to educate their staff on paying attention to detail, which is very important for a business that deals with other people's money.
