Wagner's tech, Zach Smith was timely, neat, informed and professional through out the service appointment. Wagner's email service was outstanding. I was told who my tech would be along with a picture provided. My receipts were emailed promptly. I am definitely going to continue to use Wagner as well as recommend Wagner. Read More »

We filed a complaint against Wagner Mechanical with the Better Business Bureau last year regarding failure to install electric heating strips that were previously paid for years prior. Our interaction with the company was frustrating and efforts to have this corrected appeared futile.
