I shopped around and discovered Mark Diamond's to have the best knowledge and quality and unique designing abilities to custom make my fiancee's engagement ring. The whole staff was completely pleasant, fun, and extremely helpful! DO NOT GO HERE! I went to Mark's to get a custom ring made. The initial meeting went well, and I was excited. After that it was all downhill. They did not meet timelines, they forgot who we were, the ring was made incorrectly. After I went in and let them yell at me for a half hour, they remade the ring, but the diamonds started to fall out after the 2nd week of wearing it.
