Payless Fence just completed a chain link fence for me. Their job was to repair a fence that had had a tree limb fall on it, move the gate, put in some new posts and top rails. I got three estimates; theirs was 70% of the other two. The owner came and took measurements and agreed to salvage as much of the orginal fence that he could. His estimate came in a few days.
