I find it very interesting that just 2 months ago LOE had an F rating with the BBB and they were not accredited. Now all of the sudden right after our complaint was filed in 9/09 and numerous others in the last 36 months, they have gone from an F rating to an A rating and have been accredited since 10/21/09.
