This company repaired a flat asphalt roof at a rental unit. The job appeared to be more than adequate and was done in a timely manner. However, the roof began leaking again one and a half years later. I attempted to have them re-examine the roof and recommend repair or replacement. I found LP Roofing on the BBB's site and called owner Leonard Padilla to ask for an estimate on a new roof. I had two other estimates and found his right in the middle. He has years of experience. He arrived on time. I was impressed that he answered all my questions. He was courteous and professional, as, I later found, were his crew members.
