I have had to deal with this company several times (not their fault -- I had a weird issue going on with my TV). My brand new 40" Emerson HDTV is under warranty with the Walmart Service Plan and Walmart hooked me up with Crown. You could have told me before you scammed me out of $50.00 to give me an estimate...that you could not fix my television. Even though I asked you to please look at it and make sure that it could be fixed, before you scammed me out of $50.00 for an estimate..I asked you NOT to call me the next day and tell me that you could not fix my TV...and what did you do...call me the next day and say "sorry, can't fix your tv..this tv is hard to get parts for"...gee...why not be nice and tell me that bef...
