Beware! Starting 3 years ago I had Clinger Pro Roofing re-roof my house. They didn’t obtain the correct permits required to start with. Then they were going to roof over some badly water damaged decking. During the decking they fell through the ceiling (Twice). I was going to remodel that room so I let it go. My mistake.
