Hi, John my name is Glenn . I don't know if you will remember me or not (which is ok its been a while) but you planned the best trip Ive ever been on for me and my girlfriend. I asked Mr. Gowan of Hawaiian West Travel to help me find a Hawaii vacation package. Almost instantaneously, he provided me with detailed packages filled with pictures, descriptions and pricing. I was referred to John with Hawaiian West Travel through a friend and I cannot rave enough about his level of knowledge of Hawaii and his overall customer service performance! My husband & I had never been to Hawaii. When I spoke to John and told him what we were looking for, he suggested the Turtle Bay Resort. It was absolutely beautiful!
