Following a break-in we contacted Rick Rosely and his company, A-Tech, on the recommendation of our daughter who has used their system for some time. He responded quickly, did a security analysis of our home based on its unique design, and an old and antiquated existing system. We moved into a home that had an A-tech system and monitoring and chose to continue with the service provided because of the excellent recommendation of the previous homeowner. A-Tech was wonderful to work with. Very professional, and knowledgeable. I like that they have their own towers and reporting system. Much faster response. I don't want to just protect my house but catch them if them break in. They did our whole house in a day and didn't leave an awful mess to clean up. Rich Rosely and his crew are clearly top notch. After having items stolen from my garage, I called A-Tech. Rich showed up that same day, even though he had a plane to catch, and knocked out a quote within the hour. Two days later I had installers on site. You can't beat that! A Tech did a tremendous job of evaluating the existing system in keeping its most useful attributes,enhancing the system with needed elements to optimize security, and simplifying the use of the system to insure my wife would use it. The company is an outstanding alarm and monitoring system. We accidentally set off an alarm this past week, and within 30 second had a call from the monitoring company. The company owner is extremely knowledgeable, set up an excellent system and a new type of radio frequency notification, which works just like he promised. These folks are extremely knowledgeable. They were great in helping me understand my choices, no pressure, and did a great job on installation. Coupled with immediate armed response from International Protective Service, I now sleep much better at night. I'm now ready should anyone break in while I'm at home, and can enjoy myself when I'm away knowing my alarm system and response team have me covered. I've used A-Tech for over ten years for two homes (just finished the second house with magnetic locks, gate keypads, cameras...the works) and two businesses, and they're great. They know what they're doing and they do it well and with integrity. They don't lock you into long-term monitoring contracts like some of the national franchises (wow, what a scam Protection One is!). A-TECH Security recently installed one of their Rapid Wave Technology radio units to our alarm system in our home. Their team of installers and the owner are extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful and not pushy at all. We are extremely impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I just had A-Tech install my alarm system. They were very professional in their work and made sure that I understood how to use the system before they left. Before the installation they reviewed what I already had in my home and made suggestions so that my system would cover areas not already covered. I learned about A-Tech through a social connection as I was building a new office. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them for my alarm installation and monitoring. Their service is outstanding, technology is leading edge, and price is competitive. My construciton superintendent commented that they were the easiest alarm company he had ever worked with.
