Do not call them! Go ANYWHERE else! 10 weeks later, and he STILL has not replaced the valve he took from the sprinkler system he installed LAST YEAR. Like others here, I used to love Chris. Now he's just another lying (I'll be there tomorrow, really, times 15 TIMES ALREADY), cheating (broken a year later? uh huh. great work), stealing (my time, repeatedly) failure of a business person. WOW!!! WHAT A PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED PLUMBER. We have had a problem with our mainline drain for years. A-A Abalone sent a plumber out who found an access to our plumbing that we didn't even know we had. In the past, other companies would come out and charge us a fortune to clean out our drains, only for them to back up again and again. I recommend this Plumber and Business to anyone who asks. I have already recommended A-A Abalone Plumbing to my coworkers and family. I was in desperate need of a plumber during our cold winter snap. My pipe had burst and I had no water. I called Abalone Plumbing and a real person answered the phone where I had called other companies and only got their voice mail. DO NOT RECOMMEND We had flooding in our house. The plumber misdiagnosed the problem, saying it was not a plumbing problem, so he did not fix anything. But still he charged $160 for the diagnosis. He told us to do some other things outside our house to manage what he saw to be the problem. Two days later another plumber came up and said absolutely it was a plumbing problem, and found the source. BUT, he didn't charge for coming out to give the diagnosis.
