I have been living in New Mexico for 7 years and I had never had an issue with PNM when they handle the billing for the my natural gas. The second NM Gas Company took over I had nothing but problems. They could not get anything right, and then they blamed me, the mailman and everyone else. Their customer service STINKS!!! If this was not the only gas co. in NM I certainly would not be a customer. I am seriously thinking of switching to propane just so I do not have to deal with their rude customer service reps and the attitude that if I didn't pay my bill I'm a deadbeat. Not only that they purposely make you wait 24 hrs before reconnecting service. Read More »
