John at JADD FONG TRAVEL is the best Travel Specialist I have ever used for my travel arrangements. In June 2011 my extended family and I used John from JADD Fong Travel to book a Seven-day Cruise to the Southern Caribbean. We had a wonderful time on the In Side passage to Alaska. My only concern was that we were not correctly informed about the tip and cabin service. We were expecting to have to pay the tips at the end of the trip by envelope and it turned out that we were being charged 12.00 each per day on our credit card. In the age of the internet and online travel scheduling, it is really comforting to know that your travel arrangements are being made by a person who is interested in making your trip memorable and safe. We booked a vacation package to Curacao using Jadd Fong Travel and the service we received was second to none. We initially inquired on hotels rates but were pleasantly surprised to find out that the packages included airfare and car rental as well. My husband and I recently booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas using Jadd Fong Travel in May. The service was exemplary! I have utilized the services of Jadd Fong twice in the last couple of months. They were so good the first time - I had to come back. I was scheduled to travel to a destination without an international airport, and needless to say, it was incredibly difficult to get flights. However, John at Jadd Fong worked with me, constantly monitoring flights, to make sure that I not only got to my destination, but I did so at a cost that was reasonable.
