Brought my lawnmower in on 7/21/11. It needed 2 nuts & bolts. Chris said they didn't have any small enough so they would enlarge the holes & put 2 nuts & bolts in & that wouldn't take much time at all. I called 5 days later & was told it would be ready either today or tomorrow. Meanwhile what they didn't say was that they chose to order the correct size hardware & it hadn't come in yet, so how can they say when it would be ready????
