I purchased 25 5-6 ft Green Giant Arborvites in March 2015. They've done so well, I just purchased another 10 3-4 ft Arborvites acouple of weeks ago. Service is good, shipping is fast, and the trees arrived in excellent shape. I haven't lost a single tree, and the trees planted in 2015 are 30 ft. Completely screening a busy highway. I placed an order with Roy last week. Because I had a limited time frame to receive the trees and plant them I called and talked with Roy a few times. Roy really went the extra mile! He checked on my order while I was on the phone. It was a breeze to order with Thuja Gardens! Roy is personable and really checks to make even is just right. I agree with all the 5 star reviews. I ordered 16 Giants. I e-mailed Roy twice with questions and both times rec'd answers the same day! Like Sherry, I was concerned when I receive the tracking info saying 1 box. 16 36" to 42" trees in 1 box? Yep. All were in excellent shape. Planted the next day and can't wait to see them grow. I ordered a package deal of 16 Thuja Giant trees from Thuja Gardens via an online transaction. When my order was delivered, I was a little concerned by the size of the carton. I discovered that the trees were packed in the carton in an ingenious manner. Every tree was in great shape with very little soil loss from the pots. The packaging was superb as were the trees. I spoke to Roy before placing an order and he checked my zone and said I was ok to place the order as he had the green giants in stock. Almost 2 weeks after I’m calling for a status on my order and my calls or emails are not answered. I ordered a 6-7' tree for a birthday present and asked that it be delivered by 4/15/2016. Without notice, they sent the smaller size tree and it arrived over a week late. I emailed them right away with a picture and tape measure showing the tree was not anywhere near 6-7' tall. The next day Roy refunded the difference between the 6-7' and the 4-5' tree and emailed separately apologies for the wrong one being packed. The owners of Thuja Gardens went above and beyond compensating me for the confusion regarding my recent order. I was contacted by email and a personal phone call also. Negative ratings on their business had me worried but it turns out that the bad reviews were totally unfounded in my case. I would not hesitate to order from them again. HORRIBLE COMPANY... This is far from a legit company. They take your money and run. Multiple calls and emails with no returns. They did not contact me when order was going to be shipped. DONT RISK IT! This place will take your money. I ordered 6 Craypemyrtle trees that never showed up. I never received a fed ex tracking number so I called the customer service number on the website. The guy on the phone told me that they were out of stock. So I wanted my money back in which he assured me it would happen in a few days. It has now been over three weeks. There is a reason for their "F" rating by the BBB. They take your money and then they do not ship your plants. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Thuja Gardens does not respond to my emails. Stay far away. Read More »

Save yourself headache and pain: do not order any thing from this business. We made a huge mistake for not doing thorough research about Thuja Gardens before doing business with them. The items were never shipped but Thuja Gardens charged our credit card immediately and would not refund our money after we cancelled the order. I had received a confirmation email when I placed my order over six weeks ago. They placed the charge on my credit card but never heard from them again. Impertinent staff doesn't return calls nor emails! They shouldn't be in business. If it wasn't for me advising American Express of their disconcern, they most likely would not have contacted me about a refund. OK..... you've read all of the negative reviews about this company and have found out that their rating with the BBB is an F. If you are still not convinced that you should not be dealing with these crooks, try calling their phone number or emailing them. Do this before you ever order from them. I ordered 10 trees to plant in my back yard because I wanted to block my neighbors. I placed the order on April 21 and hopped for delivery in a week. I e-mailed on April 27 (a week after ordering) to see if Roy had an idea of when the trees would arrive. He responded the next day: "Late this week.
