I previously reviewed this company in April of 2011. Since that time, Mr. McVay has done a significant amount of additional work under several contracts between us. He is currently putting a new metal roof on my house, and is under contract for a rather large deck removal and replacement project to begin shortly. We had a very bad experience with this person,Tony McVay. When we first hired him he was grateful and appeared eager to do the jobs we asked of him but as he got other jobs he left our jobs unfinished. He ordered up to 10 times the materials needed. Finally when he recently blew in to do a small job which I owed him half, he then wanted his money right away. I had been looking for someone to do extensive remodeling, but as an absentee owner, was concerned about finding someone who not only would do a good job, but also someone who I could depend on to work without my continual presence on the job.
