I must say that Longdraid Designs is without a doubt is one of the best and certainly one of the friendliest Incredimail sites out there, and believe me I have looked at most of them. LongBraid Designs have never disppointed me. What ever question I have, I am always given a quick and reliable answer within a very short span of time. With LongBraid Design you totally forget that it's a company you are dealling with. It feels more like contacting a friend who happens to be in the line of business you are intersted. I have used LongBraid Designs for years with such positive response from people who see Simone's work in my email letters, that I just couldn't hold myself back any longer and joined her site. I joined Longbraid Designs Destinctive Incredimail Letters Group on January 29, 2006 and just recently renewed my membership again for 2008. Simone's Incredimail Letter designs are some of the best and most professional looking that I have been able to find. I have NEVER experienced any problems with downloads or payment of my membership. I have been a member off and on over several years. Even when I am not a member I buy things from the site. Simone gives the most wonderfully efficient and personal service. I really don't know how she does it as she must have many many customers, deservedly so. The designs are varied so suit all comers in one way or another.
