My Nissan Rogue (2009) has 9762 miles. I took it in for an oil change. No strange noises or problems turning. Yet a half hour into waiting for my car Dustin Robinson informs me that my driver's side boot is torn and bone dry of oil.I didn't run over anything! Anderson Nissan don't tell the truth in anything.... They have called me 5 times with such a great deal they thought...They have been wanting us to trade our 2005 Nissan titian in for a newer one..They told us our payments would be only $394.86 a month if we came in on 3/31/11 and did all the paper work. I arrived a Anderson Nissan and was greeted with smiles. I made a verbal agreement with a salesman Nick. When it was time to finalize the deal the numbers was changed without my approval. Needless to say I rejected the offer and refuse to do business with Nick. After filing a complaint with the BBB and asked the manager for an apology, which he did but before he apologized he expressed that there are only a handful of complaints. I just purchased a car from Anderson Nissan in Asheville, NC. They lied to me plain and simple. Do not trust any of them at all! I am very upset because the deal I agreed on was not the deal that was printed that I ended up signing. I agreed on a purchase price of $25,000 including the $1500 rebate. This would make it $26,500 before rebate yet car was written in at $27,317. Also, I was told I was getting a 5.75% interest rate but I now see that it was written in at 5.99%. It was late on...
