I must say that Appletree went above and beyond what most other dealers would do to make me happy. I had a problem arise that most other dealers would have not helped me with. They fixed the problem in the end and that is why I give them 5 stars. They also have the best price. Brought my car in for one simple problme- they diagnosed several others and I gladly paid to fix all problems.

The problem- the car was damaged while under their care- the radiosystem control panel which worked fine on entry- now does not work. They did not reset security codes and when they tried- no luck---still broken.

To make a long story short, I bought a used accura and was told it had never been damaged and/or in an accident. Upon taking it home after the sale, I found an estimate stuffed inside the owners manual for over $3,000. This was apparently left there by the previous owner who I was able to call and talk to about the accident.
