AWFUL!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! WE WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER TAKE OUR CAR TO THEIR COLLISION REPAIR DEPARTMENT AGAIN!!!! They gave us an original repair estimate only 800 BELOW the amount it would have taken to total our car.... ONLY TO UP THEIR BILL OVER 1500 AFTER THE FACT... Suspicious???? (had they been closer in their first estimate they wouldn't have gotten the job!) PLEASE SHOP AROUND BEFORE YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF TO THEIR COLLISION REPAIR DEPT. LESSON LEARNED!!!! I have gone to Harry's on the Hill on 3 different occassions. I felt that I had to use them due to a warranty on my vehicle which they are an officially listed dealer. I have not been satisfied with the service on each occassion there has been an issue with the service dept that has not been positive.
