I bought a lot in Carriage Park 5-1/2 years ago. I was given the plans for the required house by the salesperson for Carriage Park Associates. After paying HOA dues and taxes on the property all this time, I was finally able to retire and move to Hendersonville to build the house, only to find out that the lot is too small for the required house. We bought a lot over 2 yrs ago, at this gated community with the promise our road would be built by spring 2007. With various promises and delays we and a few other families are living on a deeply rutted dirt road. We ve been lied to over and over. It doesnt seem to matter if you have anything written in a contract as the owner is being sued on numerous fronts.
