We had our AC recently go out and called Mikes. The technician showed up and said we had a bad capacitor and replaced this. We paid over $100.00 for the service call. I went upstairs shortly after they left to find the AC not working. I called and they sent someone else over. At this time, they said I had a bad blower and it would cost 175$ to replace and the service call charge waived due to they were just here. I approved of the repair. Mike's personnel installed a Trane heat pump, furnace, filtration system and humidifier.The installation was excellent and as non-invasive as possible. The installers were very courtious and they cleaned up after themselves. The system continues to work perfectly. We compared prices for the above equipment and Mike's was easily the least expensive.
