WoW This Place Sucks!! If you are coming to Asheville or live in Asheville don't be fooled by some award they won a trillion years ago. This place is filled with pretty woman but the owners drive Hundred thousand dollars Land Rovers and all the units are crap!! They are piss poor with caring for the units or the people that call them home. I have been renting from this company for 3 years now and have had several positive and many negative interactions with them. The positive: - they do get back to us/return phone calls in a timely manner when we call for a maintenance requests The Negative: - over the past 3 months we've had 5 snowstorms that cover our steep driveway & parking area completely. My roommate and I have had a lot of issues with this company. They are charging us off the wall fees upon leaving their company to rent from another landlord and refuse to come to an agreement. They are charging us over 100 extra bucks for pet damages and cleaning fees even tho we had paid pet rent and pet deposit and cleaned the unit quite well. This was simply the worst experience I ever had with a business EVER in my entire life. I would gave zero start s if that was possable! The owner of this business called me to interrigate me like i was his child when it came down to me getting ready to rent from another landlord.
