I purchased 3 cars from this dealership. My last was on Saturday, April 10, 2010. I purchased a 2007 HUMMER H2 SUT. On Tuesday, I was taking it in for repairs. This continued for 2 months. The car had air ride suspension and this malfunctioned, a leak in the difential, and the worst part was the shifter cable was duck taped together! My family and I over the years have bought a total of 7 vehicles with Auto Advantage. It all started with my father buying a Expedition back in 1998 from Saul Metcalf. Since then our contact to AA has been Saul. Jeff Hensley, Eric Cindric and a few others have had a impact on our deals as well, Saul is just the one we always seem to deal with. My wife and I went to Auto Advantage to see about a replacement car for one that had been totalled in an accident. The salesman, Ken Davis was very nice, helpful and friendly. He found the perfect car for us and we sat down to discuss price. I realize that I should have done more homework before going to a used car dealer, but . . .
