I would call into customer service and make my request they would email me to confirm, then they would send me my options. I called, they emailed me, I confirmed my request asked them to proceed, and hadn't received any information since. We were asked a number of questions in which they claimed to check eligibility. However, once we arrived and after a presentation, we were informed that we were not eligible. We also did not see anyone leave with free gifts. They offered an alternate gift of a vacation trip, that they wanted us to take and sign a form that we received our free gift. I have asked them to remove my name from their lists, but nobody does. I am finally making a formal complaint. They claim I filled out a form once, but I never did - I don't travel! Originally, when I insisted, they gave me a phony phone number. I had to look up their company in the HTC phone book, where I found their number and called. My son made the mistake of calling the 800 number. He spoke to them, and then Bryan Cones, employee # 9013 talked me into making an appointment for their 90 minute presentation, in exchange for above mentioned compensetion. He assured me it was "completely legitimate".
