I ordered a 24 foot round solar blanket. The day that it arrived, I opened the box and it had a patch on it. I contacted Jim at the company and he said that it came from the manufacturer that way. Really??? That is impossible. I tried to get the company to refund my money, but they refused unless I shipped my blanket back to them. I ordered a leaf net for my pool. I clicked on the size of my pool which is 20x36'. The size net I needed for my pool is 24x40'. Then I went to the customer checkout page. On that page it said 24x40' leaf net. That was the only size listed at checkout. When I got the package, it was written on the box that it was for a pool size of 24x40' and the net size was 28x44'.
