Jason Harris of SDMT came promptly and sampled in an enclosed area indoors and sampled outdoors as a base line. The spore count indoors was high vs. Outdoors. Jason recommended California Restoration to remedied the spores. California Restoration set up their equipment and ran their machine for four days. This was our first experience with Angie's List, and it was well worth the small fee. Same Day Mold Testing responded quickly. The technician Marelle Moore (wonderful and professional) assessed the situation, performed the tests and provided us with a general picture of what we might have to deal with. Having worked with hazardous material removal in construction before I retired I found Same Day Mold Testing to be experienced, well qualified and knowledgeable in preforming the inspection (including photos) and the air quality tests. SDMT was thorough from start to finish including providing a clear explanation to my wife and me as to why, where and how the testing would be done, the cost and when results would be available. Same Day Mold was contacted earlier this month to inspect our house for mold contamination. They were punctual,professional and very thorough. Their prices are reasonable. They explained the process in detail and adhered to the timeline described. They notified us of their findings by phone and by a detailed report.
