We actually gave this company two chances to work with us. The first time the rep was very friendly and nice, but never followed through. After spending over two hours with him he never sent us the estimate or any other information concerning our meeting. After much trepidation we decided to give them another chance, this time to have a sliding glass door in our kitchen replaced.
