I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Penske Honda in Ontario. When I first went there I had some trouble negotiating a "deal" and wound up leaving - not so happy. I sent an email to express my displeasure and almost immediately received a response. They made it very clear that they wanted me to be a satisfied customer and worked with me above and beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships.
