Stay away from this place. Three sleazy guys got together and ripped me off. I was there for 3 hours and so tired of the BS I started to leave when I was stopped and told that they would do the deal I signed up for online, so sorry He said he would make it up to me with some lame beach parking pass. I initially had a pleasant experience with HB Ford, they were friendly (Rozz, Tony, Aaron), but I found out after I received my first financing statement that services that had not been discussed were added to my agreement. A $2850 extended warranty, a $1250 paint and upholstery protection package, and some sort of windshield replacement warranty (which I don't need as it duplicates my car insurance). I only came in to browse for a new car, and originally was not leaning towards a Ford. But due to the great service and selection variety, I am positive that I will be back to get a Ford Escape hybrid. I have visited many car dealership in the past and this dealership by far, surpasses all other dealerships with it's exceptional customer service and selection. I was immediately greeted and assisted by Naeem Khan upon arrival. I have never experienced such great customer service, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and curteous. Did you notice all the websites these guys have? 26 That is TRICK they use to bury the negative reviews. This dealership is the scum of the scum. Every trick in the book they will use to scam you. Just try and get a price. What payment do you want? $300 month sound fair. Ok ten years of payments. They are the classic bait and switch. Looking for a base 2010 Expedition XLT... searched online - found Huntington Beach Ford - Wednesday, August 20- Their web site shows Sticker $39,070...$35,535 + options (3d seat, 18 inch OWL wheels, premium sound) = $39,070 Emailed internet guy...John Morgan...he comes back says "wait for weekend we are offering $12,000 in rebates!" Stay clear from this dealer, they are the worst ever, Nick Troy sold my mother a used car and did not disclose that the tags were expired, so now the registration she received expires at the end of May 2010. They also lied to her and forced an "optional protection plan for the interior/exterior" of the car by telling her that it was the city law that they had to have this on the car, but they never showed any proof of such law.
