I went to cash in some reward points from our bank for vacation plans. I got a call from Montrose Travel and they said that they would finalize the arrangements and call me back "in about 30 minutes". It has been 6 days now and I have made other vacation arrangements elsewhere. You can't stay in business if you don't take care of your customers! Montose Travel ROCKS!! I had to fly to Mexico City for business by myself (woman) and I heard a lot of stories how it was very dangerous so Maria Saenz one of the agencies most well traveled and recognized agents helped me in the most phenomenal way. They might be doing a good job at business incentive travel, but for leisure and corporate travel they miss the mark. The agents do not know what they are doing and there are bookings that you can't event change and modify even if you were willing to pay a fee.
