We were promised the dishwasher would be repaired, gave $100 deposit...Never refunded; as well as, the technician took over 8 hours to diagnose the problem over three separate visits. Upon calling the company, were told the part was ordered (then again, the correct part was ordered, which would take a minimum of 3 weeks to arrived), however, no part was ever received and the company did not inform us. company price gouges. tech came out for 15 minutes was charged 89.00 labor. problem with refrigerator still un resolved. Spoke to both owner and customer service. Very rude. Read More »
