Platinum interchange is a timeshare exchange company that advertises the lowest fees for exchanging. Be aware that Platinum Interchange charges "Upgrade fees" for units of their choosing. The fees do not go to the resort or owner, but into their pockets. Reputable exchange companies exchange like for like - i.e. two bedroom silver for two bedroom silver. Platinum does not.
